Overview
The Els Club Vilamoura is a private golf club in Vilamoura, in the municipality of Loulé. Its 18-hole championship Course is a complete redesign by Ernie Els Design of the former Victoria Course, the Arnold Palmer layout that hosted the Portugal Masters every year from 2007 to 2022, sixteen consecutive editions. Ernie Els opened the redesigned Course for play on 21 July 2025. Membership is extended only to those proposed by the Club's Founder Members or invited by the Club. Non-members can play only through a package at Victoria Golf Resort & Spa: a stay of at least three nights, at least one round on the Old Course, and bookings made no more than 24 hours ahead. The clubhouse includes the 261 Bar & Restaurant, a retail boutique and concierge services.
